Frequently asked questions
Send us your preferred dates via our website or by email at info@kcdancestudio.com. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from KCDS and return a signed rental agreement.
Reservations are binding. Cancellations and rescheduling are not possible, and the rental fee applies even if the booking is not used.
Payment is due before the rental begins, by cash or bank transfer.
Mats, sound, and lighting equipment can be used by prior arrangement. Please handle equipment carefully and return it to its place.
If you’re booking specifically for a photo or video shoot, this is arranged as part of your booking. For all other rental types, filming or recording requires written approval from KCDS in advance.
Yes, bookings start at one hour. Setup and breakdown time should be included in your booking window.
A cleaning fee of CHF 50 per hour applies if the studio is not left clean, with lights off and windows closed.
No, pets are not permitted in the studio.
Smoking is not permitted inside or directly in front of the studio.
