The studios are equipped with Bluetooth speakers, professional lighting and mirrors measuring 4.30 m (Studio Sevilla) and 4.50 m (Studio Hamburg). Both studios have direct access to a changing room, kitchen, and restroom, each with its own entrance. Studio Hamburg covers approximately 50 m², while Studio Sevilla is about 45 m².

The KCDS Lounge in the basement, which spans around 25 m², is ideal for meetings and discussions. It features a sofa for 4-5 people, along with a table and four chairs.
